The first phase, selling now, consists of 37 single-family homes starting in the $550s. Choose from 15 Cottage floor plans, with or without basements. Each homesite includes front-yard landscaping and one street tree. The second phase, coming soon, will have a mix of 52 townhomes and single-family dwellings.
