Join us this Saturday for a festive Holiday Open House at Bainbridge, right in the heart of Draper! Learn about our newly released lots in this highly sought-after quiet area while enjoying festive family fun. We are partnering with The Children’s Center Utah for a community toy drive, so feel free to bring a new, unwrapped toy to spread some holiday cheer.

Tour our beautifully decorated model home, visit Santa, see live reindeer and mini Highland cows, enjoy face painting, browse vendors like Knot & Spool, and indulge in treats and warm drinks from Sidecar Doughnuts.
