Red Hill

Red Hill is a multi-phase master-planned community designed around its namesake formation with 154 acres of natural and maintained open space. The first phase comprises 31 homesites, ranging from comfortable Cottage floor plans to semi-custom Signature homes. Red Hill will have two-rail wooden fencing along the frontage of Hoytsville Road, embracing the charm of Coalville’s farming roots. The quiet community will feature several miles of trails, including a perimeter trail. Red Hill will also offer direct access to the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28-mile non-motorized trail that runs through rural communities from Park City to Echo State Park.
