Welcoming your buyer home with a final closing gift can leave them feeling confident and content with their new home. As part of the Ivory Team, you can give them a last piece to remember us by. It may seem like a small gesture, but it really is the small things that go a long way and lead to repeat buyers.

3 Easy Steps

#1 - Pick the gift

Below you will find all of our updated gift basket options. The prices you see represent the total value of what comes in the basket - Ivory Homes will co-op with you and pay 25% of the total value of any gift you choose. Your payment with be backcharged from your Ivory commission, so you will never have to take out your wallet!

#2 - Fill out the form

After you have picked the perfect gift you will need to fill out the GIFT ORDER FORM to make it official (found below). As the agent, you will need to include your information as well as your buyer's name, contact info and an address where you would like the gift to be sent. You have the option to send it to their current residence, or place of work, if they have not moved in yet OR to their new home address if they have. Make sure to leave a nice note for them in the "Gift Message" box on the form.

#3 - Close the deal

Once you have filled out the form you can rest assured that your gift will be delivered within 1-3 business days of ordering by our excellent gift suppliers and you will not have to lift a finger. Now you can put all your energy and focus into helping your buyer close and transition into their new Ivory home.
