PARKING- To avoid traffic jams, please plan to arrive between 3 pm and 5 pm on Friday.
You can self-park in the parking garage for free or pay for valet parking.

Dinner at Red Pine Lodge

Dress for colder weather as it may rain Live music and social hour begins at 5:30 pm. Enjoy appetizers and wonderful company with music by Jersey Street while you play backyard games.

Heaters and blankets and fire pits will be provided for extra warmth as well as inside dining.

A Barbecue dinner will be provided for you and your plus one from 6:30-9pm. The last gondola ride back to the hotel will be at 9:30 pm.

Activities

It looks like we might have a little rain in the forecast, but we will work around it. Please prepare for colder weather the night of the dinner and for your activity (if it is outside).

If an activity gets canceled because of weather, Brooke or one of the marketing team members will notify you and do our best to communicate updates via email, text, or call.
