Red Hill

Red Hill is a multi-phase master-planned community thoughtfully designed around its namesake hill. The first phase consists of 31 homesites ranging from comfortable Cottage floor plans to semi-custom Signature homes. Red Hill will have two-rail wooden fencing along the frontage of Hoytsville Road, embracing the charm of Coalville’s farming roots. The secluded community will feature a 5-mile network of trails, including a perimeter trail and spur trails throughout the hillside. Red Hill will also offer direct access to the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail, a 28-mile non-motorized trail that runs through rural communities from Park City to Echo State Park. Even more outdoor activities are possible on the waters of Echo Reservoir, which is a 9-minute drive from Red Hill.
