The following Sweepstakes is intended for participants in the United States only and will be governed by United States laws. 1. HOW TO ENTER

1. These rules govern the Ivory Homes Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), which is being conducted by Ivory Homes. The Sweepstakes begins on December 1, 2025 and ends on January 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Date”). Entrants may enter online.

2. To enter the Sweepstakes, the person entering the Sweepstakes (“Entrant”) may enter online beginning on December 1, 2025 and ending on January 31, 2026 at 8:00 p.m. (MT) (the “Entry Period”).

   1. To enter, visit https://ivoryhomes.com/super, complete the registration form, and visit any model home listed on the site.

   2. For additional entries, visit Ivory Homes model homes listed on the landing page and scan the QR code at the location. One entry per model home visit is allowed. Model home addresses are listed on https://ivoryhomes.com/super.

3. A Sweepstakes winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified on January 31, 2026. The winner will receive the prize upon confirmation of eligibility.

4. Entrants may be provided with an opportunity to opt-in for membership/participation as part of the entry process, but membership/participation is not required to enter the Sweepstakes.

5. There will be up to a total of one (1) winner selected in the Sweepstakes.

6. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

1. The Sweepstakes is open to all persons who are legal U.S. residents of the state of Utah and eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter, even if they meet the age and residency requirements:

   1. Any employees (full-time, part-time and/or temporary) of Ivory Homes, Deseret Management Corporation, other area radio stations, Sweepstakes Sponsor, any advertising and promotion agencies, and/or the respective parent entities, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies of each;

   2. Any immediate family members of such employees, including without limitation current and/or ex-spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, in-laws, and/or step-relatives in any of the foregoing categories; and

   3. Any other individual legally residing in the same household (at the same address) as such employees, including without limitation roommates, housemates, significant others, and partners.

3. To claim any prizes, the person selected to win a prize (“Winner”) must provide valid government-issued photo identification and provide their complete address, email address, phone number, and Social Security Number.

4. Entrants are required to provide truthful information to Ivory Homes, which will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. Ivory Homes will disqualify any Entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements and will also delete any entry as required by law.

5. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of a prize, Entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Ivory Homes, which are final and binding in all respects.

3. PRIZES

1. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of:

   • Two (2) tickets to Super Bowl 60 at Levi’s Stadium on February 8;

   • A two (2)-night stay for up to two (2) people at the Courtyard Marriott located at 47000 Lakeview Boulevard, Fremont, California 94538 USA; and

   • One (1) $2,000 Visa Gift Card.

   The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $12,000.00. The Grand Prize does not include transportation or rental car, travel insurance, hotel room service, gratuity, parking fees, laundry service, meals, merchandise or souvenirs, local or long-distance telephone calls, service charges, taxes, or any other cost or expense not expressly stated. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

2. If a prize-related event is unable to take place as scheduled for any reason beyond the control of Ivory Homes (including, but not limited to, cancellation, postponement, weather, disease, epidemic, pandemic, national or regional emergency), Ivory Homes’ sole responsibility will be to award the remaining available elements of the prize, and no substitution or compensation will be provided for unawarded elements. Ivory Homes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny entry to or remove the Winner and/or guest(s) if either engages in disruptive behavior or in a manner with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the prize-related event(s).

3. All sales taxes, gratuities, and any other incidentals associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Federal, state, and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the Winner. The Sponsor will issue all tax forms, including a Form 1099, to the Winner, as required. Ivory Homes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should a virus, bug, computer problem, or other issue beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, or proper execution of the Sweepstakes. Decisions of Ivory Homes are final.

4. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

1. Decisions of Ivory Homes with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

2. One (1) Winner will be selected in the Sweepstakes from all eligible entries and notified on January 31, 2026.

3. Odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. Winners do not need to be present or watching to win.

5. CONDITIONS

1. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods may void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same Authorized Account Holder will be disqualified. The use of any automated device to enter is prohibited. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar entry methods or agents (including promotion entry services or proxies) will void all entries by that Entrant at Ivory Homes’ discretion.

   In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder,” defined as: (i) the natural person assigned to an email address by an internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain; or (ii) the natural person assigned to a mobile telephone number by a telecommunications provider or other organization responsible for assigning such numbers.

   Ivory Homes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it believes is tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize.

2. The Winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to Ivory Homes and may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9, affidavit of eligibility, and release (including publicity release) as prepared by Sponsor prior to receiving the prize. The Winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes and may receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc if total prizes from Ivory Homes in a calendar year equal or exceed $600.

3. Participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the prize constitutes agreement by Entrant and/or Winner to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Ivory Homes, Deseret Management Corporation, their affiliates, parents, assigns, successors, employees, agents, and all others connected with them and the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, actions, and damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes and the receipt or use of any prize.

4. The Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of a prize; incorrect or inaccurate information; human error; unauthorized human intervention; lost, stolen, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or late entries; or technological failures of any kind, including internet, telephone, or equipment issues. The Released Parties are not responsible if any part of the Sweepstakes or prize cannot be conducted or awarded due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism, or other factors beyond their control.

5. Except where prohibited, by entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant and Winner agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Salt Lake City, Utah; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall such costs include attorneys’ fees; (iii) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages (including lost profits) may be awarded; and (iv) Entrant waives all rights to claim such damages and all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. Utah law governs the interpretation and construction of these Official Rules.
