The Avenues is one of Utah's premier neighborhoods, featuring a diverse mix of residents, architecture, and densities. Ivory Homes is thrilled to announce Capitol Park Cottages, a new housing community, located at F Street and Capitol Park Avenue.The approved site plan includes twenty-one lots, some of which will be detached single family, and some will be attached twin homes. The homes will honor a diversity of Avenues and architectural precedents. The project incorporates nearly an acre of open space with a ¼ mile pedestrian trail loop. Most importantly, each of the homes has been designed to include an internal ADU if desired.

The Prize is designed to award innovators for their efforts and provide material support to advance their projects. The search committee looks for solutions that combine elements of finance, policy, and design/construction.
