Additional value for our vital workers

The strength of any community starts with quality housing, but it’s the people who live there that continue to make it desirable. Ivory Homes’ Workforce Housing isn’t for investors. It’s for vital workers who make a difference day in and day out. Homes sold through this program are owner-occupied for a minimum of two years after closing.

Besides the lowest possible pricing, Workforce Housing buyers receive:

  • $2,000 toward closing costs or options
  • Full landscaping designed by Ivory Homes
  • Stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator
  • Blinds for every window

These benefits are reserved for eligible buyers financing their purchase through Momentum Loans (NMLS #1606597) in select Ivory communities. First-time homebuyers may also qualify for Workforce Housing.

*No outside Realtor commissions paid.

"The Workforce Housing program gave first-time homebuyers, like ourselves, the chance to find a home that we love and at a price that we could afford. I think this program is important because it shows an appreciation for those in high-stress, potentially dangerous, essential jobs and roles in our community. Our experience with purchasing from Ivory Homes was great!"

"Simply put, we would not have been able to purchase a home of this quality. We were able to find a home that we love in our price range and then have so many additional benefits that sealed the deal for us."

"I was able to afford not just a home, but a BEAUTIFUL home that I absolutely love! This program made it possible for me to do something I wouldn’t be able to do on my own nearly as easily and save money at the same time. I love my job as a teacher because I feel fulfilled in helping students understand what was always difficult for me as a student."

What we stand for

Providing affordable homes in Utah extends beyond Workforce Housing

Ivory Innovations
Utah is not the only place where housing is quickly becoming too expensive for many. And frankly, there aren't enough innovative ideas. That's why Ivory Homes and the Clark and Christine Ivory Foundation established Ivory Innovations, an applied academic institution at the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business dedicated to catalyzing real housing affordability solutions.
Housing Preservation Fund
Safe, comfortable, affordable housing is the difference between merely surviving and thriving for many Utah families. The Clark and Christine Ivory Foundation is a founding sponsor of the Utah Housing Preservation Fund, a new effort to preserve Utah’s existing affordable housing through the purchasing, remodeling, and rent-stabilizing of housing units.
