Scheduling and tours

Scheduling
Appointments recommended, not required
Though you can visit a model anytime without scheduling a time in advance, we recommend that you schedule an appointment when possible. This ensures you'll have the sales agent's undivided attention during your visit.
Schedule a tour
TOURS
See more than the model
Ask the sales agent about other available homes you can tour. There are usually completed homes showcasing several different floor plans and finishes. Be sure to walk around and check out amenities in our master-planned communities while you're there.

SELF-TOURS
Tour on your time
Can’t make it during regular model hours? Select homes are equipped with NterNow, making self-tours possible when the home is unstaffed. Check the hours online to see if this feature is available, then follow the instructions on the signs at each property.
