On May 23, 2019, Ivory Homes closed on its 20,000th Home. As Ivory Homes’ CEO Clark Ivory says, “Successful companies always change, but their principles never do." This is the driving philosophy behind Ivory Homes. Ivory’s leadership understands the need for change and innovation without losing focus on core values. Ivory Homes goes beyond homebuilding to build communities and new homes that will last. Each year Ivory Homes sets its sights higher. As Ivory Homes celebrates 32 fantastic years as being Utah’s Number One Local Homebuilder™ and the closing of 20,000 homes; Ivory Homes will continue to grow and change with Utah.
Ivory Homes has been rated Utah's Number One Homebuilder by the Construction Monitor for 32 consecutive years. Being number one in the state of Utah is no easy task. It takes careful thought, consideration and strategic planning. When you walk into an Ivory Home, you can imagine children running down the stairs on Christmas morning. You dream of sitting by the fire sipping hot cocoa. You picture yourself reading in the sunshine on your back porch. The memories start here. With the purchase of an Ivory Home, you can start telling your own story today.
“Every blanket, every mat, every spoon, every plate – in every one of our homes began somewhere in the world, was made by someone in the world, and somehow changed a bit of the world’s story. What if your home could tell a story of grace? Grace given, grace received, grace passed forward and given again.”– Ann Voskamp
As part of a new initiative to further establish themselves as an eco-friendly and sustainable homebuilder, in conjunction with the Clark and Christine Ivory Foundation, Ivory Homes has partnered with TreeUtah and UCAIR to plant 30,000 trees across the state of Utah. As part of this initiative, 20,000 trees will be gifted to communities across the state while 10,000 trees will be planted in new and existing Ivory Homes’ communities.
Ivory Homes is dedicated to the HERS (Home Energy Rating System) program by RESNET; the average Ivory Homes HERS score is 53. This low rating could save Ivory homeowners up to $1,200 in utility expenses per year. Get green, Ivory Green.
