PLANNING

Every future home owner goes through a planning stage in the buying process here at Ivory Homes (45 days or less). Here's what to expect .

  • Initial Deposit
  • Loan Application
  • Color Selection
  • Pre-Construction meeting and construction deposit

CONSTRUCTION

Construction is the heart of your purchase, we work closely with you during the building process. During the construction phase future home owners can expect the following.

  • Permits and Engineering
  • Construction Begins
  • Intermediate Walk Through
  • Final Inspection (City/Bank/Ivory Homes)
  • New Home Orientation (At least two days before closing)
  • Meet With our Design Center

CLOSING

Closing is the finale to your new home! This is an exciting time and when new chapters are written. During the Closing phase future home owners can expect the following.

  • Closing at Title Company
  • Recording
  • MOVE IN! (keys are available after recording)
