Ivory’s President of Development, Chris Gamvroulas, shared some insight into how this is possible: “Many years ago we stopped buying land at unsustainable levels and paid off our debt. We now have the resources and capital on hand in order to invest in new communities. In 2012 we have nearly 800 new home sites that we are developing and adding to our inventory. No one else in this market will come even close to that many units.”
