Utah’s fall season runs on corn mazes, witch displays, and farm nights, and several Ivory Homes communities sit close to the best of them. Ivory Homes, Utah’s Number One Homebuilder®, builds in the same cities where these traditions live.

Here is a quick guide, city by city, to what’s happening this Halloween season and the communities nearby.

Lehi: Cornbelly’s at Thanksgiving Point

Cornbelly’s is one of Utah’s biggest fall destinations, and it’s often credited with starting the state’s corn maze tradition. Check Thanksgiving Point for this season’s hours and tickets before you go.

Two Ivory Homes communities sit in the same part of Lehi:

  • Holbrook Farms is a master-planned community near Thanksgiving Point, the Outlets at Traverse Mountain, and Skyridge High School. See Holbrook Farms.
  • Jordan Walk Towns offers modern townhomes close to Thanksgiving Point and the Jordan River Parkway.

West Jordan: WitchFest at Gardner Village

WitchFest has been a Utah Halloween tradition since 2000. Gardner Village fills its pathways with oversized witch displays, seasonal décor, shopping, and dining, and this year’s run goes through October 31.

In the same city, you’ll find two Ivory Homes communities:

  • Dry Creek Highlands      is a master-planned community with tennis courts, a pool, and walking trails. It includes Cottages, Townhomes, and Signature homes, so there’s more than one way to find your fit.
  • Terraine is a sustainable living community designed around an active, outdoor lifestyle.

Syracuse: Black Island Farms

Black Island Farms pairs a corn maze and pumpkin patch with a haunted attraction, Nightmare Acres, for the guests who want a scare. Check the farm’s site for this season’s dates and age guidance.

Ivory Homes builds in Syracuse too:

  • Legacy Park Estates offers homesites from a quarter acre to a half acre in Davis County.
  • Legacy Park Collection features move-in-ready homes and more than 20 floor plans to choose from.

Washington and St. George: Farm Days and Field of Screams

The farm on Washington Fields Road runs its fall season through October 31. Admission covers the corn maze, pumpkin patch, petting zoo, and cow train. After dark, Field of Screams, the region’s best-known haunted attraction, has its last nights on October 29, 30, and 31.

Ivory Homes has three communities nearby:

  • Paseos at Sienna Hills in Washington sits minutes off I-15 and includes a pool and pickleball courts.
  • Sendera at Sienna Hills offers townhomes and twin homes with red rock views.
  • Hidden Valley Villa Highlands is an Ivory Homes community in St. George.
