Helloooooo beautiful! That’s what I want to say every time I drive into Ivory’s community “Bellevue” in Draper. If I were to pick favorites, this would definitely be one of them. Take a drive with me and I’ll show you why…
We’re heading down 300 East, just minutes away from I-15, and here comes the elegant rock wall that surrounds the community, offering privacy for homeowners’ back yards. We pull in past the entry monument that welcomes all to Bellevue, and enter the classy, family-friendly, well-maintained neighborhood. The yards and homes are kept up very well by homeowners; there’s no doubt they take pride in preserving their property values and the beauty of their community.
As we head down the street, we see a handful of neighborhood kids playing soccer at the bend in the road. We can already feel that it’s a safe, protected environment for all. A little farther into the community we pass Willow Springs Elementary, which allows kids to walk to school without their parents worrying about them crossing busy streets with lots of traffic. And some exciting news is that the new Draper High is under construction now, which will be conveniently close by for families in Bellevue.
Draper City is putting in a new park on the east end of the community, which will afford lots of fun for residents. Imagine taking an evening stroll around the park and looking up at the gorgeous backdrop of mountains, tinged with gold from the setting sun—stunning! And right down the road is 12300 south, where you’ll find everything you need: grocery and retail stores, restaurants and entertainment. Also find hiking, biking and equestrian trails, more parks and other recreational venues within minutes of home. There couldn’t be a more ideal location for Ivory’s homes in Draper.
Getting back to our tour of Bellevue, we’re noticing the gorgeous homes throughout the community, designed by Ivory’s expert architects to each be unique and reflect the style of the home owner. Before I even make it past the first one, I find myself deciding I want that exact home. But then I drive past the next one and change my mind—that’s the one. In the end, I can’t make up my mind because each one is so elegant and distinctive. If I have to choose just one, at least as a homeowner I’ll be surrounded by other “dream homes” that I can enjoy looking at every day!
