Dates: Wednesday, December 14th – Saturday, December 17th
Times: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Daily
Location: Union Pacific Grand Hall at the Gateway Mall (100 S. 400 W., Downtown Salt Lake City)
Pricing Online: Purchase your tickets online and get a family pass (admits up to 5 people) for only $10.00
Pricing at the Door: Ticket at the door will be $5.00 for adults and $2.50 for children 12 and under.

ALL TICKET PROCEEDS GO TO BENEFIT UNITED WAY OF SALT LAKE!

GRAND PRIZE: $1,000 for you and $1,000 to the charity of your choice.

1ST RUNNER UP: $500 for you and $500 to the charity of your choice.

2ND RUNNER UP: $250 for you and $250 to the charity of your choice.

Thousands of dollars in other prizes will be awarded in other categories.

- Register early for the Festival (form on the left side of this page). Space may be limited.

- Pick an Ivory Home Design.

- Build Your Gingerbread House.

- Check-In using the online form that we will provide – December 5th – 10th.

- Deliver Your Gingerbread House to the Festival at the Gateway Mall – December 13th.

- Vote at the Showcase and on Facebook (online voting begins December 14th).

- Must be modeled after an Ivory home. Click here to choose from over 200 of Ivory’s home designs. Or visit any of our Ivory neighborhoods – see map.

- Your team may consist of as many people as you’d like.

- House must be constructed out of 100% edible materials. Base should be made of wood or sturdy material. Lighting is allowed only if battery operated.

- House must be able to be transported by your own vehicle and must fit through a standard size door (max size 30″ X 36″).

- House must be displayed in the Gingerbread Festival from December 13th – 17th.

- All Gingerbread House entries will be donated to a fundraiser raffle drawing that will benefit United Way of Salt Lake.

- Judging will be comprised of the following categories:

33% Public Vote at the Festival from December 14th – 17th.

33% Facebook Votes from December 14th – December 19th at Midnight.

34% Ivory Judges (based on architectural accuracy, design, use of materials, and craftsmanship).

- Prizes will be awarded by December 23, 2011.
