The Perfect Way to Get the Holiday Season Started!

It’s that time of year again and Ivory Homes is more excited than ever to present our 3rd Annual Gingerbread House Contest. Enter for your chance to win the $1,000 Grand Prize plus $1,000 donation to the charity of your choice!  Get a head-start and begin building your gingerbread house today! The Festival will be held on Saturday, December 1st at our Garden Park clubhouse in South Jordan’s Daybreak community. This is one holiday event you won’t want to miss!   • -   1st Place: $1,000 for you + $1,000 donation to the charity of your choice.
  • -   2nd Place: $500 for you + $500 donation to the charity of your choice.
  • -   3rd Place: $250 for you + $250 donation to the charity of your choice.

  • -   Register for the contest.
  • -   Pay a $10.00 registration fee that will be fully refunded when you deliver your house to the festival.
  • -   Pick an Ivory Home design ( your home must be modeled after an Ivory Homes design).
  • -   Build your gingerbread house.
  • -   Check-In using the online form that we will provide as the festival gets closer.
  • -   Deliver your gingerbread house to the Garden Park Clubhouse in Daybreak on Friday, November 30th.
  • -   Receive your $10.00 registration fee refund.
  • -   Vote at the festival on December 1st and tell your friends to vote for your house on Facebook.

  • -   Must be modeled after an Ivory Home. Click here to choose from over 200 of Ivory’s home designs.
  • -   Your team may consist of as many people as you’d like (individuals, families, groups, teams, etc.).
  • -   Building materials must be 100% edible. The base may be wood or other sturdy material.
  • -   Lighting is allowed only if battery operated. You will be responsible for turning on your own lights.
  • -   House must be transported in your own vehicle.
  • -   House must fit through a standard size door (max size 30″ X 36″).
  • -   House must be delivered to the Festival on Friday, November 30th between 1:00pm – 9:00pm.
  • -   House must be displayed at the Festival on Saturday, December 1st.
  • -   Judging will be comprised of on-site festival voting, Facebook votes and Ivory panel judges.
  • -   All Gingerbread House entries will be donated to benefit The Utah Food Bank.
