I would like to buy an Ivory home, maybe for my husband and I , or my single daughter or both. I would like the small home, not a condo or a town house, but a small home about 3 or two bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 cars-garage… near BYU or south east Orem. I would like to see Ivory builds small houses. Please find land and do so, I can get more people to buy such a home if you can build them. Let me know. A sub.division with swimming pool, club house would be nice. Town house is O.K. if not connect to each other, little room in between would be wonderful! Thanks, Yvon and Hoa LeBras
