New Ivory Clubhouse at Garden Park in Daybreak
Utah's Premier 55+ Community
Ivory Homes has just completed the Garden Park Clubhouse located in the award winning Daybreak community in South Jordan, Utah. This stunning 10,241 square foot clubhouse is a show piece and neighborhood gathering place for this innovative, active adult community.
Ivory Homes, the preeminent home builder in Utah, has just completed its new clubhouse in Garden Park, a 55+ active adult community located in Daybreak (the 2011 National Association of Home Builders Community of the Year). The large double-door entry opens into an impressive cathedral-like foyer, with a vaulted ceiling that has been painstakingly outfitted with decorative exposed beams. The entry hall is flanked by luxurious sitting areas with cozy fireplaces to gather around, a large flat-screen TV for entertainment, and a pool table. A spacious, window-lined reception hall opens into a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, designed for entertainment and demonstrations. The reception hall flows effortlessly outside to a beautiful landscaped courtyard. The clubhouse features two spacious and well-equipped fitness areas; one contains state of the art exercise equipment and machines, the other a dance and aerobic room with polished wood floors and floor-to- ceiling mirrors. Outside the clubhouse, residents can swim in the 25 meter lap pool, relax in the spa, lounge under the covered loggia, or sun on the large pool deck.
Clark Ivory, CEO of Ivory Homes, said "It is unusual for a builder and developer to complete a facility of this scale at such an early stage of a community's development. The early completion of the Garden Park Clubhouse shows our belief in and commitment to, the Daybreak community and its concept. Garden Park has already become one of our best selling communities in Utah."
Since 1997, Ivory Homes has specifically focused on building communities with substantial amenities for residents. "These Club Ivory Communities offer more than just homes for buyers. By providing residents with areas to gather together to socialize, we enrich lives in the process. Our Club Ivory Communities enhance life and offer greater value to the home buyer." said Ivory. With walking trails, swimming pools, gathering places, and attractive amenity-rich clubhouses, Ivory Homes has been building communities with a palpable sense of "belonging". This approach has provided a unique quality of life for residents. Ivory's community- building focus has resonated with consumers, making Ivory Homes the top selling home builder in the state of Utah.
Garden Park is a unique project for Ivory Homes. It is the first 55+ active adult community that they have built in a master-planned development. When asked about building a active adult community, Chris Gamvroulas, President of Ivory Development said, "We have been watching an emerging demographic trend of more than one family member and multiple generations moving into our communities. We felt that it was time to have an age specific community that catered to active senior adults." Ivory Homes is not only building homes for active seniors in Garden Park, they are also building homes for all age groups throughout Daybreak.
Within Daybreak, Garden Park is central to everything, bordering the walking trails of Oquirrh Lake and within walking distance of Daybreak's exciting retail area, Soda Row.
Developed by Kennecott Land, is expected to be home to over 20,000 families when completed. Garden Park, which is just one neighborhood in Daybreak, is projected to have 550 homes. Currently Garden Park has 50 homes completed, an additional 40 homes under construction, and more homes being sold daily. A variety of product offerings that range from condos, townhomes, and patio homes, to estate homes, with prices ranging from $140,000 to $450,000, make Garden Park a very unique offering. "There are homes and prices that will suit nearly every consumer desire," said Gamvroulas.
All Garden Park residents will be able to avail themselves of the newly opened Garden Park Clubhouse and its amenities. With planned classes and activities that the new Garden Park Clubhouse is scheduled to provide, it is anticipated that this attractive new venue will be a key meeting point and favored resident gathering area.
